HSN code 2006: fruit, Vegetables, nuts, fruit-peel and other parts of plants. But that are sealed by sugar (drained glace or crystallized).

HSN Code 2007: fruit jellies, Jams, fruit or nut and nut pastes. They obtain by cooking with added sugar or sweetening matter.

HSN code 2008: Fruit, nuts and other edible parts of plants that are prepared or preserved. So if not add sugar or other sweetens matter or spirit are not elsewhere included.
